Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1. Refundable Items:
   • Only 100ml bottles are eligible for refunds.
   • 20ml bottles are non-refundable.
2. Conditions for Returns:
   • Items must be returned in unused and original condition, with all packaging intact.
   • Returns are not accepted for products with physical damage caused after delivery.
3. Damage During Delivery:
   • If your product arrives damaged, please provide a clear video of the unboxing showing the damage.
   • Claims without a video cannot be processed.
